• A budget allows us to meet your renovation needs regarding project details including your selected materials.

• Do you have employees or do you hire subcontractors?
• We work alongside several well established, licensed subcontractors with whom we have built a strong working relationship with. As well, we have established our own management team and licensed carpenters.

• What is the normal payment procedure?
• We will provide you with a project schedule outlining all the details of the projected time line.
