Yorkton Contracting is able to manage many projects at the same time no matter the distance or the size. By establishing a network of project managers that uphold the quality and craftsmanship Vito is known for, he is able to work with his team to get your job done on time and on budget.

Vito's exceptional work has led him to be featured in Style At Home, Toronto Life and House & Home. He is often recognized from his appearances on HGTV which include room service, design, inc. and Sarah's House, becoming well known as Sarah Richardson's number one contractor.

Working alongside his master carpenter father, Vito Colucci learned with his own hands all that is required to be a successful, high quality home builder/renovator. After working for several renovations companies, he noticed many shortcomings in this type of industry. These included a lack of communication with homeowners, inattention to details and time and budget overruns.

In 1994, Vito decided to use his outstanding work ethic, experience and knowledge to form his own company. He created Yorkton Contracting (YC).

His vision for YC was simple: create open communication with his clients, provide high quality craftsmanship and service and maintain an accurate schedule and budget. Fifteen years later, Vito and YC are still adhering to those ethics.

With his thirst for knowledge, Vito has taken the time to learn the best way to cycle all trades through a job. He has developed a core group of high quality trades people that understand his requirement for outstanding renovations. Together, this allows Vito to keep the site positive, well organized and on time.
